Should the oil companies be funding the USA middle east war efforts? Should all the USA troops be "volunteers"(mercenaries) paid by the oil companies?

The public has a way to control the cost of gasoline when they buy or don't buy gasoline. The catch is our society is too heavily based on the need for gas and oil. There just aren't enough alternatives available to make the gas and oil companies really work for their profits. When more alternatives become available and affordable, gas and oil will not continue to make their huge profits.

We are to dependant on foreign oil. Every time they squabble our prices soar. We need to drill our own oil and leave them alone. Plus we need go charge those foreign countries more for the products we ship them plus charge them for all the military support we supply.

Which of course, for the most part have failed, just like his entire term. Need to quit enabling the cash addicts, and cut off the supply. Not increase it.

Just ask the Europeans. Their gas prices have being sky high for ages now and they are still driving as if there's no tomorrow.

The real question they are asking is "how high should gasoline taxes be?" My reply to that would be "What do you intend to use those higher taxes for?"
